Best Answer: This is something a lot of people do not know, it is impossible to load anything on any console that is from a PC besides music, videos, etc., especially ones like now which are very sophisticated in security. Only PC's can do such a thing. The only thing you can do on consoles close to this is cheats or changing the firmware to a custom version which allows downloading of games for free, though i would not recommend you do that as you might brick (ruin) your PS3, same goes for 360, psp, etc. After all the company's like Sony and Microsoft aren't that dumb to let a file alter a game and mod it.
